Tom Kerridge: Real life Recipes

After working as a chef in restaurants across Britain Tom decided to set out on his own and take over a rundown pub in the quiet Buckinghamshire town of Marlow. It went on to become the first (and only) pub in the world to acquire two Michelin stars. More recently, he launched Kerridge’s Bar & Grill in London and The Bull and Bear in Manchester. His previous books include the bestselling Proper Pub Food, Tom’s Table, Lose Weight for Good and his most recent bestseller Outdoor Cooking. His new book, Real Life Recipes, looks at quick tasty meals that you can rustle up on a weeknight to massively lush Sunday lunch. No faffing involved, just great recipes from a professional chef who can dish up the best flavours you never imagined from 'normal' ingredients and classic British food.
